With a cut inspired by the classic Levi’s Type I design, this collaboration between Iron Heart and Simmons Bilt is constructed from a premium 1.2mm European prairie horsehide. With the leather tanned in Germany, the jacket is then handmade in Scotland, fitted with a 100% cotton lining produced by Halley Stevensons of Dundee. As per the original Type I design, this cut includes traditional knife pleats and a single buckled cinch, with other features including a rivet-secured single chest pocket and an internal storage pouch.
