- Must be used when you need to return item(s) to Iron Heart from an EU country, either for a refund or an exchange
- This is a 2-6 working day tracked and signed-for service
- PLEASE NOTE the shipping label is not auto-generated, we have to process it during working hours
- On receipt of your return shipping order/request please allow one working day (Monday to Friday) for us to process the shipment, after which you will receive an email directly from UPS with a link to print shipping label and further instructions
- You then arrange for a UPS pick up or drop the package at your nearest UPS shop/depot
- If you have ordered several items recently, please make a note in the order of what is being returned
